What is your WHY?




So it’s the beginning of the year and you’re like, Hey it’s time for to get my life together. Why do we wait for the beginning of the year or the beginning of the week to make a decision to commit to something. I was that very person who would often do that. That person of wanting to get my so bad behavior out the way before I made a commitment to myself. It wasn’t till I made myself the WHY. That’s when I discovered that I couldn’t wait for the next meal or next month to put my health first, I had to make a decision to start now. That’s when the whole game changed for myself, that’s when I started achieve my fitness goals. So again I ask what is your WHY and why aren’t you starting right now?

My why is to get back my confidence! I always feel unstoppable after a good sweat session, so this year I’m choosing to intentionally sweat at least 25 min every day.
